Aziz is accused in the other 10 charges of instructing five subordinates to provide a mobile escort to Mr. John Hooi Tuck Sung at his wedding ceremony and to make a false entry in their police patrol log sheets on May 29, 2004.

Mr. Hooi was then the regional manager of Pirelli Asia.

The two men’ were represented by Mr. Vijay Kumar.

Hashim is out on $5,000 bail. His passport was impounded.

Their pre-trial conference is on March 12.
