3 Guangzhao directors call it a day
Three independent directors of Guangzhao Industrial Forest Biotechnology Group have resigned with immediate effect. Lew Syn Pau, Yong Wan Hong Jean and Ong Kian Min have also given up their respective appointments as chairman and members of the audit, nominating and remuneration committees.

Three independent directors of Guangzhao Industrial Forest Biotechnology Group have resigned with immediate effect. Lew Syn Pau, Yong Wan Hong Jean and Ong Kian Min have also given up their respective appointments as chairman and members of the audit, nominating and remuneration committees.
According to the company, they left ‘due to fundamental differences in opinion on the suspension of trading of the company’s shares and the solutions to overcome the current difficulties of the group’.
The company said that it was identifying candidates to fill the vacancies as soon as possible.
